Lots of light for quick growth..at least 2.0 wpg. Some water column fertilization. CO2 will help with growth, but is not necessary. It take some time to spread, so patience is needed most, and no disturbing it.

I have it filling in now in a low-light 1.8wpg no fert no CO2 tank (well, aside from some Excel at water change time and K on a random basis). It was shipped to me in November in poor shape, next to no green but with some white roots. It has since fully recovered, acclimated to the lighting conditions, and is sending out tons of runners and new growth. This is 1.8 wpg of CF lighting in a 20 gallon tall tank with no shading of the plants. My only issue has been keeping it rooted since my cories like to dig.
