Eliminate all algae or no?

I work at a nature center that has a mini saltwater aquarium with crabs, shrimp, gobies, blennies, 1 large killifish, sea stars and a sea cucumber.

Do I need to clean all the algae off the tank glass or should I leave a little?

You can scrape it all off the glass. The grazers will find plenty on the rocks.
