Emerald Entree

I have a question. I just purchased a Calvus and he's refusing to eat flake food and he's too small for pellets and my catfish seems to never get any food because all the others eat it before it gets to the bottom; however, I've been recently feeding them Emerald Entree frozen food which consists of brine shrimp, mysis, spinach, lettuce, spirulina algae, and a bunch of other stuff. All of the fish go crazy for this stuff including the calvus and catfish. Is this safe to feed them this everyday as their primary diet?

Crude Protein min 6.2%
Crude fat min 1.2%
Crude Fiber max 0.5%
Moisture max 90.0%

Sounds okay to me but the proteins seem too low for predatory fish like the calvus. If you can add some livefoods such as earthworms to their diet, that would be good.

i'd try some other frozen meaty foods until it gets more acclimated to its new home, then just try getting it to eat prepared food (NLS pellets)
