Emergency - dwarf gourami red eye

Please, please give me advice.
My female dwarf gourami has one red eye. It's a little red circle around the eye ... a little swolen too. Not poped ... yet.

Water is perfect. She is eating, swimming, looking good. Body looks fine, fins looks fine, poo is normal.

I have her for a week. She was stressed the first days, breathing rapid but now she calmed down.
She is in a 10 gal with some neons ans shrimps so, no fights.

what is your maintenance routine? could you please post your ammonia, nitrate, and nitrite readings? It would also be really helpful if you could post a picture.
 
Amonia 0, nitrite 0 and I don't have the kit for nitrate.
The tank is 6 months old.
I'am doing 20% water changes twice a week and cleaning the gravel 3-5 times a week. Since one neon died I am thorougly cleaning and the tank looks very clean. I am changing the carbon 3 times per month but not the sponge. I have air and heater and live plants.
I've tried with the camera but I need a closeup on the eye .... which requires a Nikon/Canon .... not my Fuji. I'll try again.

Second day on Maracyn+Maracyn 2 and the eye looks better.

I bought nitrate kit. How is 5 ? Too much ?
Is this gouami a he or a she ? No stripes on it.
 
Dwarf is fine now.
5 days treatment Matacyn+Maracyn2. It worked !

Well, I was wrong.
Her eye has a problem again. It looks a little cloudy when I look from front. So it's the surface of lens a little cloudy.
And is somehow bigger, not poped, just larger.
I should have treat her for a longer time .....
What now ? Same Maracyn+Maracyn 2 or something else ?
