Well my 29 gallon is up I have it fully planted with moderate light plants and have let the filter run for 2 days now. It is clearing up nicely I also got the Ph in about the range I want. So in a few days I will start moving 3 or 4 neons over and if they look like they start stressing I will put them back in the 10 gallon which is in perfect cycle (well nothing is perfect but more optimal then the 29) Thanks for your help I think that Magnum is a great filter it cleard the tank up in like 4 hours.
