Emperor 400 ?

I have a Emperor 400 on a 55gl saltwater tank.Should i use the containers for the media or dont use them at all.Thanks

It's really your choice, but I always filled them with something, I used peat (for controlling PH in a special situation), and sometimes just filled them with filter floss. I always figured it was space for extra media I might as well put it to use.
