I bought an Emperor Snapper about 2 months ago and it has doubled in size. I was wondering how peoples experience's are for those that owned one? Do they grow fast?

They are a good, large, and personable fish (very large, actually). As far as your second question goes, I think you've already answered it in your own experience--so, yes, they grow incredibly fast and get gigantic (about 46 inches, actually and at least 2.5 feet in an aquarium).
