Breed a blood parrot and a convict and you get jellybeans. For the most part, they are a small, white version of a blood parrot.
Don't discriminate just because of the name. Jellybeans are dyed after they are bred. The name "jellybean" does not just refer to the fish being dyed. It is very popular in the fish trade to dye jellybeans and it is part of the reason that they got their name but its not the only reason. Most people associate the name with dying because of that.
If you can find a good breeder, or your lfs can be trusted in what they tell you about their fish, then you can find jellybeans that haven't been dyed. Buy those. Do not buy the ones that have been dyed.

As to your question, I would go with 1 festivum (but I really like them), up to 3 angelfish, 1 blood parrot, a pair of jellybeans, etc.
