Empty 5gal.

gobies like to be in groups, though. I'm putting 3 platties and shrimp in my recently set up 5 gallon.

Actually, from what I have read, the BB gobies can be aggressive towards one another...
I looked into one or two for my shrimp tank, and what I read said to put them in min 20gallon tank, and have a large group of them, I think it said at least 10.

dwarf puffer and a bumblebee goby ? I know that bumblebees are brackish, not sure about the DP.....

DP's are completely freshwater fishes. They would be a great choice for a 5 gallon tank.

This was what I found on them: http://badmanstropicalfish.com/profiles/profile59.html

"They will be happiest in a species tank. Keep a fairly large number, ten or more, in the tank and provide plenty of hiding places such as stones tubes and caves."

They sound like very interesting fish to watch, if you don't mind having a tank with only one fish.

from what i've read, bb goby's don't have a swim blatter so they just kinda "bounce" around the bottom or jump around on things. i'm looking into getting a few too.
