So, I got this little guy from PetSmart. He was in the Long-finned Gold Danio tank.. swimming around happily. He is very tiny.. I assumed he was an endler at first, seeing as PetSmart does not carry common guppies.. but, then again, PetSmart doesn't carry endlers either.. I'm having a hard time distinguishing which he is. Can anyone help me out? This is the best picture I could get; half of the time I can't even find him because he's so small.

Well I thought he was an endler at first..:goldfish:maybe not ..He's cute though!

whatever he/she is, sure is a cutie!

I would say wild guppy. The part of the body between the thickest part of the body and the tail looks too thick to be Endler. Is the ring around the black dot on it's tail white or light purple? White around a peacock dot on an Endler is rare, have never seen a pic of an Endler with a ring of light purple. Very pretty markings, though! I would have had a hard time not taking him home, too! :) It would be interesting to watch as his colors develop more.

Oh, also, Endlers and guppies can cross, so it's possible he's a hybrid. Very pretty fish!
