Its from an irish saying often seen over old pub doors. Craic agus ceol. Meaning music and a real atmosphere. We now loosely use it when asking another have they any news. "any craic with you?"

That's interesting. I think if someone asked me that I would quickly reply "I'm sorry, no. I don't use drugs". lol

For the record, "meh" is supposed to mean indifferent, uncaring, moderately annoyed, or uninterested. Usually used when someone says something you don't like but your not in the mood to argue with them. Sort of like saying "I don't give a rats arse, but I need to reply somehow". IDK where it comes from, but I'm sure it was something dumb like "oops, misspelled 'men'" (cause men would react that way when they are annoyed but feeling lazy) :D

Just what in the hell is a 'Tidbit', anyway?
A small amount of something, like a crumb or thimbleful.

+1

So, if someone said I'm "cheeky" what exactly are they saying about me?
Cheeky = Sassy almost to the point of rude.

Crisps = Chips

Squirt = Small, short. Rude way of saying "hur, ur a midget". Also a way to refer to kids, especially ones that annoy you.

Arse = we all know it :)
