Eradicating DuckWeed?

I purposely grow duckweed.

I put it in all my tanks...and it is only taking hold in 1 tank. I watched one of my angels gobble some down this morning.:swear:

Wanna trade Angels?: I have two Giant Black Lace angels and they won't touch it!

I work at the lfs and we got some on some in a plant shipment, PITA to get rid of, I scoop it all out and in a week there is more. My boss hates it.
