no problem, and happy to help! now you've actually got me wanting to go home from work and make some shrimpy jello for my cichlids too! lol.
i'd say as long as the food stays frozen it can be kept for a long time, just like our freezered foods. just keep an eye on it for freezer burn, and don't feed if you see that, since it isn't good for human beans and probably not good for the fish either.
i'd try the snail jello recipe, but use a combo of ground up shrimp pellets, minced and paper towel blotted well (like i mentioned in my other post) shrimp, and add a veggie baby food. that way the 'cichlid-ello', lol, would be fairly nutritionally rounded.
