well..it isn't actually paypal that is experiencing the error, the error above down to the website itself or the hosting provider.

i highly doubt paypal would trust in a web hosting company. Likely have their own servers handled by their own technicians.

maybe so...you would be very surprised..on the same note, it does not matter how big a company is, how good their servers are, how secure they make the sites..It can go down at anytime..Its technology, it will break!!!

For the ammount of "up time" companies like this have, 60 seconds down time is a rain drop in the ocean that we call the internet really...
