Ever got a 4 leaved clover?

This article says there is a 10,000 to 1 chance of gettinh 4 leaved cloves.

When I was at High School, I always walked in front of an old hose with a small gardenin the front that was FULL of 4 leaved cloves. The real challenge was to find a regular 3 leaved there.

Some months ago I was around there with my GF (not goldfish) and looked at it. It was dark, so I had to take out a lamp and managed to find one. After that, a security officer started doing me the nasty eye, so I got in the car and left.

Last week, there was nothig but dry soil in there. :sad:

BTW, my girlfriend made me a card with that clove. It's plastified (¿?) and has written "You are my lucky charm".

The kids and I find them occaisonally out in our yard. We press them out in our flower press and my son carries a laminated one in his wallet.

I've found a couple very rarely. I love making them though just split the leaves and people never notice.

I got one once. I worked at a kids camp for a summer or two and kids would always show me their "four leaf clover". It would be more like a weed or something. but I doubt the chances of getting one are has low as 10000 to one.

For me, if it won't for bad luck, I'd have no luck at all (LOL all you want, it's true) but in college I had a roommate who could look at a patch of bare earth and find a dozen!!! My Dad and brother have the luck of the devil. Guess it takes all kinds--I'm part Irish but no luck of the Irish in me!!!!! :laugh:
