That start off horrible, but eventually get better?

One of my dogs got run over by a car a few days ago, and i reall miss her... but the next day I got some great new fish, all for cheap, my cichlids spawned, and so did my ember tetras! Anyone else had a week like that?

I'm still stuck on the part where you lost your dog. I am so very sorry, it is horribly painful to deal with that sort of thing.
