There was a whole, long, messy thread and a lot went over my head (still happens) so I thought it would be okay to start again but from a new perspective. PPLLLEEAASSSEEE keep answers easy to understand.

I don't want to shop around, collecting a bunch of individual fertilizers. The more I think, the more questions I get, the more options I have, the more chance I have to mess things up. SO I want to buy a product that has most of what I already need. Is this such a product?

However, from the previous thread, it was said that this is missing a few things I might need. It's missing things found in a GH booster http://greenleafaquariums.com/aquarium-fertilizers-supplements/gh-booster.html.

So.... If I buy http://greenleafaquariums.com/aquarium-fertilizers-supplements/micro-macro-fertilizers.html AND http://greenleafaquariums.com/aquarium-fertilizers-supplements/gh-booster.html, would I have EVERY thing I need?

Tom Barr, if you see this, why don't you also dose Potassium Sulfate/K2SO4? (I put both there for my own benefit, I know you all know it's the same.)

I'm referring to one of your past posts:

I dose 4 things:

KNO3

KH2PO4
GH booster
Trace mix.

2 Teaspoons of KNO3 3x a week
1 teaspoon of KH2PO4 3x a week
3-4 Teaspoons of GH booster after water change only.
About 1/5th of CMS+B and a little DTPA fe mixed in. 3x a week

From the fert Sticky

*K2SO4 is not required for dosing unless you need the extra Potassium (K). This K is found in KN03 and KH2P04. Dosing these two according to above will yield sufficient K levels. Therefore, one will be fine dosing only KN03 and KH2P04, and Plantex. However, if one finds the need to supplement the K2SO4, there is no harm by dosing this chemical as part of your fertilization regime.

Thanks, but how about my other questions? Bump?

Like mentioned above, depending on the tank KNO3 + K2PO4 can be enough to cover your K needs. In terms of ferts, you seem to have it covered. I've never had to dose GH booster because of my tap though. Are you adding a carbon supplement or CO2 at all?

In standards, you are good with that package. You don't NEED the extra potassium, but it's always a good idea to have some. I have Potassium Nitrate, Potassium Sulfate, Mono Potassium Phosphate, and Plantex CSM + B. Works well so far.
