It's probably just new tank syndrom I'd follow the advice of the others but, it should clear up. I'd turn off the power heads give it about 5 minutes put a couple of drops of milk in the water turn back on the power heads and see if you have any dead spots . You're looking for a chaotic water flow.

i had the same problem in my 75. (from using tap). i cut the lights a little and threw in some turbos. they love that crap. i see why they call them turbo snail. cleaned up in a couple weeks

I shot a powerhead at mine and while it slowed down there it kept coming back until I used a phosphate remover in a high flow area for two days. Went away.
