Examine my city water report?

Invest in 5 gallon buckets with lids... Lots of em, you can never own enough... I need more come to think of it, I'm going to Home Depot now....... =)

For my top off water, I store it in those Culligan 5 gallon dealies with teh spigot... Portable, and it dont spill...

I use a python to take the water out, and clean off the substrate....then I have a 40g rubbermaid tote that I keep in the hall closet, I fill the tote with the python, mix the salt in, run with a power head for a bit...then attach a peice of tubing to the power head, and pump it from the tote to the tank.. easy peazy...
