The background for the QT tank is too funny!!! Very nice betta. I'm a bit confused on the South-East Asian tank, but the axolotls make up for that.

Sparkxx: Thanks, but which goldies? I still have them all. 6 in the outdoor pond and 7 babies *temporarily* in a tank.

just came back to check up on what was new, everything looks so nice. I went to a lfs last weekend and they had Axolotls, which was the only thing in the store my BF was interested in,haha. Are they hard to take care of?

Thanks so much bgourami. And no, they are actually really forgiving. They even grow back body parts if they happen to lost them (even brain tissue!). I find them very hardy, but breeding them is a real hassle. That's where it gets tricky. The parents will eat the eggs and the juveniles, so you must separate them to their own tank. When the eggs hatch, you must feed them baby brine shrimp or something else small enough to fit in their small mouths. Also, the babies will eat eachother. I reckon you should get them! They are very awesome.
