FallenAngel's Photo/Video Gallery

Your tanks look amazing, FA! The 35 especially is gorgeous and growing in very nicely! Did you get a new camera? The pics are looking super spiffy! I love the new betta girl - she looks like a red cambodian, very pretty. Congrats on all of your fish babies - I hope they grow big & strong! :)

Thanks fishy! I've been waiting for you to get back on AC.
I haven't actually gotten a new camera, I just take more photos and choose the best ones, and try to get the lighting etc right for the photos to come out better.

I really need to get a new photo of the 35g, I've added a dwarf hairgrass foreground and the new rocks that I've collected. It's still not done, I think that I'll remove the Ludwigia Arcuata and Cyperus and replace them with some other type of plants like crypts, so that the tank isn't overwhelmed by stem plants.

Also, I found 8 baby guppies in the QT tank, which is very unexpected because the tank is not even filtrated at the moment. I've put them in the breeder net in the 25g with the baby mollies for now.

Long time, no see!

Whoa it has been awhile since I've done this. Sorry I haven't updated in so long.

Here are a few shots from the past few weeks that you might be interested in...

I will be moving the floating plant to my quarantine tank as it doesn't fit in with my aquascaping ideas for the tank. I plan to move the Anubias Nana to another tank, and grow a huge Needle-leaf Java Fern in the middle of the large driftwood piece.

I bought 5 (or what was meant to be) Five-banded/Rhombo Barbs. Turns out that one of them is a Dwarf Lemon barb and one died. I'm not sure how it died but I found it upside down in the Co2 Ladder. It had a large open wound on one of its sides. They're really tricky to capture but here is what I've got..

Dirty Overgrown 14g -- Clean Trimmed 14g :)

Today I did a big clean and trim of the 14g. It was heavily overgrown and the front glass was COVERED in algae. After a big trim of the wisteria and twisted val, and moving some of the twisted val I ended up with a nice pristine tank. I'm happy with the results :).

Here's how it was when I woke up this morning..

Impressive? I hope so.

The stargrass is already starting to shoot off and once the baby crypts start growing I'll move them to replace that Osiris Sword in the front right corner.

Looking good!

Update! Sorry for the wait :D

Hey guys, sorry for the lack of updates and photos lately. I really need to get more organised.

I switched the 35g around a bit.. I removed that floating plant, moved the plants and change the gravel a bit.

..... Sorry about the bad quality photos, it looks alot better in person :)

I sold the Golden Angelfish as it was bullying the other fish too much and stealing the cories shrimp pellets. I suspect that it also had a go at my other Platinum angelfish which is in the quarantine tank barely surviving. Grrr.

I'm going to be getting a pair of Blue Rams sometime soon now that I have a bit of cash.

The 14g is insanely algae-prone so I think I might get a couple of Otocinclus' to help with that, because even after a really good clean, the algae on the glass comes back a couple of days later and looks terrible.

Sorry for the poor photos. See you guys next time :evil_lol:
