Hi, I'm dealing with 5.4wpg and diy co2 in a 10g tank and would like some plants that can take advantage of it. The only one I have now that seems to is the baby tears, so it'd be nice to have some others.

Any ideas?

You can grow almost anything in that lighting, just be sure to dose ferts as well.

Stem plants grow pretty fast and will keep you trimming...I'd try any of the Ludwigias, Rotalas, Pogostemon stellatus, Bacopa...any of those would grow fast.

Glosso is a good fast growing foreground plant.

HTH! :D

That's weird because the glosso I have is growing pretty slowly. I must not be dosing enough.

I've only got a little over 3 wpg and my rotala indica, wisteria and watersprite grow like weed. The rotala will get a nice pinkish green coloring to the tips when it gets close to the water surface. Haven't worked with glosso, but am now trying tied down riccia as a ground cover. So far, so good.

I just happened to luck out and buy 5 stem plant bunches for 5 dollars at the LFS. They were the end of the batch and all looking somewhat sickly, but I'm sure they will perk up in a couple of days.
