Fastest Breeding Fish.

Plus the fry would be a lot bigger I imagine. Guppy fry wouldn't be big enough for an aro I would have to imagine.

Hi,

Thats just mean! Thinking of feeding poor little Cons to a big mean Arrowana!

Aro's eat smaller fish in the wild. Besides whats wrong with raising an animal to be eaten? We eat meat that has been raised for the same purpose all the time. (unless your a vegitarian) No offence intended, just food for thought. :)

Hi,

I guess the reason I think its mean is the Cons (or whatever) don't have any chance of surviving (kinda like dead meat), in the wild they would have a much better chance.

Just my opinion.

Sorry for geeting off topic TipStylez.

I've got a semi stable population of ender/guppy hybrids breeding in the tank with my arrow. The clever hybrid avoids the big predator, the careless ones (usually the slower males) get eaten. I like that system best, because a smart feeder can live out a natural full life. Gives em a chance at least.

I wonder if a pair of convics can live in my tank with the arow.

My golden wonder killi did haha. Hes been mimicing the arow too, before he didnt touch crickets and didnt know how to chew when he caught one in his little mouth. Now he knows how and eats them when i feed my arow.

But anyways, how do you sex convics? My store carys albinos and black ones. And, will they attack my arow?

Thanks

the least killifish has fry about once a week i've read.

yeah, my female started laying eggs. Then my arowana ate her.

Surprised cause she would always go up to him and swim next to him. I guess he got annoyed.
