I think one of my mickey mouse platy's are prego!! Or it's sick, just kind of ballooned the last two days... Funny thing is I thought it was a male.

It is definitely a male. It could be constipated. Feed it little bits of a shelled pea.
The other possibility is dropsy. If you look at it from above, do the scales look kind of pine coned? Fish do not just become "fat" in two days unless there is an issue.
