Fat tiger barb?

Hi all, One of my tiger barbs is really fat. It moves sluggishly and sometimes just hovers about an inch above the bottom, nose down.

Is it desiesed or just fat?

Could possibly be bloated, bloated fish sometimes swim differently. Can you take a pic of the fish for us to see.
