Favorite food for blue rams?

I just got a pair of rams not too long ago, and the female doesn't seem to want to eat anything I give her. she spits out the flakes, ignores the crips, doesn't want the algae wafers, the blood worms seem to big, tubefex worms she will eat sometimes.

So what do you feed to your rams, that they enjoy eating?

I feed mine a small sized cichlid mini granules and some treats of live blackworms or frozen blood worms on occasion. I'll also toss in some tropcical flakes now and then just for something different.
