I think that Shiloh and Chitty Chitty Bang Bang were books first.

Man, I'm old. I saw Chitty Chitty Bang Bang in a theater when I was little. I think I even stayed awake through all of it.

I did stand in line for day one tickets to The Empire Strikes Back (I was a punk freshman who had the luck to score a date w/ a sophomore (!) girl for that one).

What about the Ninja Turtle movie!!! That was my all time favorite movie...along with Cinderella! I think I ended up wearing the VHS tapes out from watching them so much.
