SHould I be feeding the Feather duster anything specifi? I have 3 damsels and I only feed them flake and is this ok for the feather duster. Also it doesn't look very "full" when it ocmes out, is this cause water parameters or cause of not enough food?

It very much depends on how much tiny stuff is being generated. Dusters apparently feed in the "nanoplankton" range, which is small phytoplankton and bacteria. If you have a tank full of mature live rock, you may not need to feed, but you may want to try DTs or something similar if you have a "clean" tank.
