Feeding a bristlenose catfish?

Do I need to feed my bristlenose catfish algae wafers, or will he live off the zuchini and peas that I give him every night?

He is only 7cm big and a baby.

What you are feeding is good, but a variety is better, including the algae wafers. Here is a good article (profile) of the Bristlenose Catfish. The section on diet should work for you.
