Is it ok to feed African Dwarf Frogs tropical fish flakes or do they need special food like brine shrimps.

They do best when fed frozen and defrosted foods like brine shrimp with the occasional treat of bloodworms. I found it easiest to target feed them with a turkey baster. They eat by sight, so just depending on them eating flake isn't the best for them.
