feeding fishies

i know i've seen posts around here about how to prepare veggies for our finned babies, but i seem to be retarded and can't find any. i know there was something about blanching leafy greens before offering them, but was that for all veggies, or just certain ones? (and would any of them need to be blanched for my aquatic turtle, too?) i've got collards, kale, romaine, and endive and carrot greens (the last two for the turtle).

some people blanch all their veggies-- some fish are picky and do better with that

I dont blanch any veggies.. I just wash them and cut them into pieces and attach them to a chip clip or a fork and drop it in the tank
