Theres an issue going on in my tank. (10g) The platys enjoy hogging all the food I put in there, and the guppy even gets some because he's learned to be fast or be hungry.
But the neons (6) hang out around the bottom of the tank, and barely get anything if i sprinkle the food on the top of the tank.. so instead I break the food into smaller pieces and put it into the filter current, but sometimes they just don't see it or something and it goes straight into the rocks. (They's sort of big pebbles) So the food just goes straight under. I break a little more until I feel they've had enough.. they pretty much fight over it and everyone get's a piece
But I think all the food they miss is leading to 'overfeeding' syndrome, and is starting to raise ammonia.
Have any suggestions on how to feed the nons without the platy's taking it all? And I do mean, all. And I only have 2, imagine that!
