Feeding Shrimp

I recently acquired 4 cherry shrimp. They live in a planted tank by themselves.

I bought them some Hikari algae wafers. How much of a wafer should I be feeding them, how often, and what else should I be feeding them?

I would break of the littlest bit you can and feed that every other day. They will feed of infusoria that forms int he tank as well. I like micro wafers or crab cuisine (hikari, often in the h ermit crab section) as they are tiny pellets and its easier to not overfeed.
