Feeding the whole Tank....

What do you feed your SW tanks? I have a 29 gal FOWLR plus various inverts (including condy anenome and cc star). Anyway what do you feed your tanks to make everything happy - especially the organisms on the live rock (my new piece just came with a polyp on it).


I feed my tank frozen brine shrimp, a frozen ominvorous formula, and flakes.

The reef tank gets Formula One, frozen blood worms, shrimp pellets, and invert food--one of a variety. Invert only tank gets shrimp\algae pellets, invert food. FO tank gets Formula One, blood worms, frozen mussel, frozen squid, and live earth worms.

We feed alternating days, alternating amounts.
