Great article, and good for you for giving credit to your source. :thm:
As I was reading I was thinking..what 13 yr old knows what blanching veggies is

Good work

I feed my bottom feeders a lot of veggies. After reading this i'll try for the swimmers too. Thanks Kasato.

But I've read a few posts here and there where people say they feed thier fish oranges. Doesn't anything that contains so much citric acid mess with the pH of the water?

Guess you need a big tank and a small slice of friut eh?

Prez already posted the link for it, I used this as a sort of guide, you don;t have to follow it to a T, I didn;t use most of it but I used, Peas "left over from dinner not butter or anything added, wardly cichlid pellets, imatation crab meat and nightcrawlers, mixed it all up and baged it like they tell to do, my fish go nuts for it....
I desided to make this up as my Oscars and Jack D didn;t want to eat the ellets after I bought a big can, after a couple times with this mix, they will eat them now.
