Feeding while on vacation

What is the best thing to feed my cichlids while I am camping for 3 days.
Most of my fish can eat feeders but some are too small.
I have 2 convicts a firemouth and 2 pictus catfish in a 55 gallon. 2 fancy goldfish in another tank and some plecos. I seen the pyramids but will they actually eat off of them?

If you're only going to be gone 3 days just don't feed them and they'll be fine.

i second that

fish can go a week without food wih no trouble in fact it is good for them and the tank chemistry to fast occationally
