I have a new tank seup and i am a n00b to all this, im learning fast though, i was wondring what and when i should be feeding my fish, i have 2 angels, plec, 2 albino sharks, i normally give a tiny pinch once a day between 5-6pm, then before i got to bed add 1 tetra tabimin for the pleco, is this ok or does anyoone have any better ideas.

Variety.

You definetly need variety. Some angels have been known to stop eating all together for lack of variety.

Look into getting some freeze-dried foods. Like blood worms or what-have-you. Floating pellets, different kinds of flake, maybe even some live food, but there are possible risks to those(Read up on those issues and decide for yourself). Every day, feed several different things at different times.

Also, do you have any driftwood in your tank? A growing pleco needs it's fiber after all. ;)

I would also suggest occasionally sinking a bit of vegetable in your tank for the fish(especially the plec) to munch on. Squash, Cucumber, etc.
