I have some long fin serpae tetra. I keep them by themselves with a few otocinclus. I have had tiger barbs that were more peaceful than these guys. (30g) I would suggest you replace them with some harlequins. Very hardy peaceful fish.

I've been researching keyholes all night, and i think i'm starting to get attached

maybe a pair with a school of panda cories? I could always add a few other fish later on, if i decide to.

what do you think??

They are supposed to be very peaceful and not get that big. From what I have read they would be a good choice.
