Female betta, Egg-bound?, Constipated?

I've successfully cared for my first male betta for 6 months now, and last week adopted my first female from a friend. I put her in a 3 month old 3.5 Gallon with a couple Julli corys that have lived there the life of the tank, and the water parameters are stable at 160 GH, 200 KH, 7.5 pH, 0 Ni, nearly 0 Na (heavily planted), >0.1 Am, 80-82 F. The friend I got Blueberry from said she has looked like this for about a month..? give or take. I've fasted her for the last 3 days and have got some good flares from her (I think she's more aggressive than my T'challa even). I suspect she's swollen with eggs but the white dot underneath her keeps changing in length subtly so I'm questioning if it's poop. The friend treated her for parasites also but not sure how well that was done, she tends to just dump all sorts of things in her tanks..
Any advice would be appreciated thank you!!

She does look constipated, not uncommon in bettas. Have you tried feeding her a tiny bit of a pea? Some Epsom salt is an alternative but I'm not sure of the dosage.

She could be carrying eggs but since her shape seems to change I'm doubtful.

Have you ever seen her poop or vacuumed out poo?

She's still fine, looking and acting exactly the same, I've seen her poop several times so I think it might just be her normal. Since posting I've seen others having similar looks, and I've heard especially crowntail females often look this way. Thank you for responding!

What foods do you feed and what are the first 3 or so on the ingredient list?

As fishorama suggested, bettas will get blocked up if overfed or fed low quality foods. I've been through it when I kept female bettas in a community setting. Was never able to get them 'un-blocked' unfortunately.

She does not look constipated to me, she seems to carry eggs waiting to be fertilized. Not sure what to do about that.
