Female Dwarf Gourami

You can go to fish2u.com or ****************. I just found some at my lfs, but they are pretty big. Big Als aquarium superstore in tamarac, florida.
I haven't been able to find anyone who stocks them in my area, nor anyone willing to special order them. The last LFS I pushed to order them said they wouldn't be ordering more than I would buy, and under those circumstances I might as well just order them myself. *shrug*
In the end, I'm betting I'll be ordering mine on-line. I'm reaaaally tempted, though to order five or six extra, tell my LFS I've got them, and arrange a credit trade that GREATLY favors my side of the bargain!

I the LFS is willing to order them for you, id grab it. At least then you won't have to pay shipping which is a min of $25.

I'd much rather not spend $25 shipping for a $5 fish! Do any of you live near Chicago that might have a female or two that you'd be willing to part with? I've been calling many local stores and wither they won't help or have their managers/owners on vacation!
It's hard, I know. The females I thought I got were not even dwarfs, the tank was labeled incorretly. they turned out to be honey's. So, I went and got a few male honeys to go with them. I am going to add the honeys and all of my other Quarantined fish to the tank and then see if my male dwarfs need some females. I would say keep looking and checking every fish store. I will be calling around soon enough too. Too bad we couldn't combine an order.
I am still looking for female dwarf gouramis. I am in the Chicagoland area and would prefer pickup, but will pay for shipping if i need to. I do not want to order from the online sites as I think the shipping prices are a little high for 1 fish. Please PM me if you have a female you are willing to prat with. thanks
