In the wild they wait for prairie dogs to finish a den and then the ferrets raid the den and kill / eat the dogs and babies if there are any and then take over the den to live in for some time. Some people give them feeder mice but I'm sure it's not a snake and would be very messy and scary to watch. I'll stick to Marshall Pellets.

I want a ferret! They're illegal here, and yet even petsmart/co sell books on how to care for them, lol.

that food isnt good for them. i know they are the main source of ferrets themselves in the u.s. but ferrets are strict carnivores and they use too much fillers. check for diets which higher (main) ingredients being protein i personally use ultimate 8-1 brand. the reason they use all those fillers like corn grain rice is to add mass to the food and save money. i also feed my dog high quality food
