hey
i have a 10 and 20g that im planting and just bought some ferts. i wanted to check if you guys thought what i had in mind was ok. my plants are mostly slow growers plus i only have about 2 wpg so i think i will go with some root tabs and half dose seachem flourish micro nutrients. my water is a bit hard and i do regular water change which i think will be enough for macro nutrients. just wanted yalls aproval.

I used to mess around with root tabs, until I accidentally disturbed it while rearranging my tank. Ran into major green water afterwards and never touched the stuff again.

2wpg is the borderline to worry about additional ferts and Its still a good idea to have some macro nutrients handy. For a small tank Seachem has the NKP package for macros and Flourish Excel for carbon will benefit any tank.

Sounds good to me!!

Id also dose dome Flourish excell if i were you. It's a liquid carbon source. Works great. I use it in my 15, and plants are extremly healthy with just 1.7 watts per gallon of light, and i grow some very high light plants.
