Just wondering what are the cheapest plant tabs recommended.
I've heard of using Jobes, also that it can cause algae growth. I'm battling string algae right now. Somewhere I read (but can not find the source again) of using Lilipons Waterlilie tabs, and breaking them up into peices, but I wouldn't know how much to use for my 20gallon without finding the info again.
I can buy aquatic plant tabs at the LFS but it comes in a one month supply, shrinkwrapped cardboard for an exorbitant price (I think it 8 tabs or somesuch. I'd rather not go that route.
