Ferts in a Discus Tank

I just switched over a planted 55G tank to discus. They seem to have settled in fine. I was doing the dry ferts regiment from Rex Grigg with DIY Co2, but am concerned about continuing this with the more sensitive Discus. Any thoughts or experience with ferts in a discus tank? Thanks.

I don't have any experience with this but I'm pretty sure that most people with heavily planted discus tanks use ferts. I wouldn't think that the extra minerals would have any eefect on the fish as they would get soajed up by the plants anyways...

I fertilize discus tanks, have for some time and have seen no ill effects. I dont keep discus in high light tanks so the amount of suppliments needed are minimal.
