few questions.

What do you want the pump for, as a rule there isn't a need for an air pump or powerhead when you have a good filter like the one you bought, If you want the bubble look, there certainly isn't anything wrong with it, but it isn't necessary for the fish.
Rena is the one i see reccomended most, I don't use air pumps in any of my tanks.

If you are intending to set up a ugf or RFUG, then i wight suggest a penguin powerhead set-up in reverse, much better than conventional, and perfectly silent.

I don't think she's setting up a UGF - and is nothing you need to worry about right now ashes LOL.

As daveedka said, you don't need an air stone. Adequate filtration creates enough surface movement for sufficient aeration of the water. Since I assume the cashflow is limited, you can save the money you would have spent, or spend it on some test kits.

If you just plain want one for the look of it, any pump will work, really. They aren't that important. If you want a huge bubble wand (the big long ones) just pick a bigger pump. If you want a single bubble stone, or a little 6" wand, any of the small <10$ ones will work.

EDIT: It isn't really the air stone itself that oxygenates the water. What an air stone does is create surface movement because of all the bubbles breaking at the surface. This water movement allows for oxygen exchange between the water and the atmospheric air. Therefore, any filter that creates a reasonable amount of surface movement (and HOB filters are great at that) will provide adequate oxygen levles for the fish:)
