Figure 8 Puffer not eating

my figure 8 is not eating any bloodworm at all... he just keep swimming non stop.. left right up down... any clue why he behave such a way?

Is he new?
If so he could it could take him a few days to regain his appetie.
He's also more likely to take live food, Id get some small snails and glass shrimp, and live worm.

he's new but the day i brought him home, he's a big eater.. he ate 5 worms non stop... looks like very delicious to him.. but now, he's starving himself now....
