No Where Near Anyone Else
I finished setting up my 55 gal tank & i have an albino bristlenose pleco and a red sail finned pleco i was wondering if i could put a couple figure 8 puffers in there or would they injure the plecos?
i dont ever want 2 get rid of the plecos just cuz of the puffers, the reason i ask this is because i recently went to Fish World in Lincoln and they had some figure 8s but they didnt hav nething in with them
could any1 help me with this?

Figure 8 puffers are brackish fish and plecos are not...so no, they cannot be kept together.

well good thing i asked thx guys

Look at these tank mates for these figure 8 puffers one guy says they are fresh water. but i think he might have another puffer because he also says they are south american.
I remember seeing one that looks like a figure 8.

I have read on some sites that figure 8 puffer fish could tolerate freshwater, but I'd at least go with low end brackish.

Tolerate & thrive are 2 different things.

Some plecos can tolerate low end brackish water. I had a cichlid tank that had a SG of app. 1.015 and the pleco was fine until I gave it away. I also had a pair of Green spotted puffers there for a bit while I cycled a tank for them. I would not recommend doing this however since plecos are after all freshwater fish and puffers are brackish.
