I am just getting back into aquariums after many, many years away. I was a kid when I did it before and used small aquariums with in tank carbon/floss filters. I am now looking to setup a new 46 Gallon Acrylic BowFront Aquarium. I am confused on what filter I need with the tank. It seams I would not want one that hangs on the SeaClear Acrylic aquarium, but maybe I am wrong - I was considering the Magnum 350 canister with the Bio Wheel and Gravel cleaner. I will use the tank for fresh water, but have not confirmed what fish I will have just yet - probably parrots, anglefish, or something like those - I will make sure what ever fish I get are compatible and will work well with my setup.
