Filter Help

I believe 3 cups is 9oz. So, that would be around 9 sessions. I ordered 2 10lb bags. I keep an excessive amount of everything. I even ordered an extra impeller. Don't ask why my wife says I have a problem. The tank is usually crystal clear in 3-4 hrs but when you go to the trouble of setting it up I just go ahead and let it do its thing. I want to make sure it gets the things I can't see. The smaller (D1?) takes a smaller charge I believe it is 1 cup or 3 oz.
 
I don't even have the darn filter, but my wife thinks im equally crazy for taking care of a total of 210 gallons of fish. To be honest, Im going to get rid of some of my 30's and add the fish, selectively, to the 90. Thanks for all your help. I think I'm going to go ahead and buy the filter. You were a big help!
