filters?

You'll want to run powerhead pumps and a protein skimmer, assuring you have 10x water turnover per hour. Canister filters can become loaded with debris and spike your nitrates. I just sold mine because I heard they aren't great for SW tanks

I just bought a clone of a Seaclone believe it or not, by a company called jebo, it's the jebo180. I asked about 10 people who bought them, they say it's a bit of a pain occasionally to get it set right, but it does work, and it's rated for a 180 gallon tank, so it should work in your 29 pretty darn good, i'll be using mine in my 75. Speaking of $$, I got my entire setup going for $250, so it can be done, as long as ebay is your friend, great deals on ebay.

No experience with SeaClones, or SeaCloneClones, but I like my CPR bakpak a whole lot, and others are very happy with AquaC Remoras for that size tank.
